absolutely not, and you clearly don't remember the play and you probably didn't watch what URI did either. UConn's possession started at 17 seconds, Bazz had a high ball screen set for him at 8 seconds that UF blew up with a double team trap. From there the play was scrambled but they definitely didn't dribble around the perimeter, then hand the ball off to a freshman to dribble around the perimeter before taking an awful shot, URI ran nothing. If thats what UConn did they would have never had the opportunity for a second shot.

Was at this game last night (I live a couple miles from URI and got free tix) and that last possession was indeed atrocious.
