And speaking of anti-heros:

This film is absolutely brilliant and one my favorites. This theme is equal. The subtle sadness of the score fits the story perfectly.

Elmer Bernstein's theme song to "The Magnificent Seven".

Amazing cast to the 1960 Western movie.

Yul Brynner.
Steve McQueen.
Charles Bronson.
Robert Vaughn.
James Coburn.
Brad Dexter.
Horst Buchholz.
Eli Wallach (not part of the 7).

The wife and I went up to Albany (nice arena) and saw Bruce play back around 2012. He and the band walked out to this song and it was awesome. A girl sitting next to us had never seen him play and I told her you are in for an amazing night, He played a request for a girl down front near the stage whose mother had cancer. "Janey Don't You lose Heart". Magical.
