A year or so ago Four Rose's changed up their Single Barrel and made it a more rye forward offering. Mrs Diesel did not approve. Since then the Woodford Double Oaked has been our go to bourbon.

Bookers was my favorite for many years... nice collection! Nowadays, when I can find it and afford it, I prefer Rock Hill Farms... of course, that was before it started going for $400 a bottle.

I’m a youngin with the whiskey game but loving Clynelish. Has an interesting floral note to it that I like

Clynelish 14 is nice. It is different. Often described as waxy. It has long been the main component in the Johnie Walker blends.

That Old Weller Antique is hard to find and expensive now. Used to be a $35 bottle. It’s got a pretty heavy cinnamon flavor profile in my experience, which is a bit weird for a bourbon with no rye.
