I went to high school with him and you could tell back then that he was a great guitarist and would end up being a star, even if he does make douchey faces and is pretty much a doosh (now).

My moms wants to hit the slots next Saturday and has dangled free REO wagon/Styx tickets at us. We said 'yes' and maybe the Winwood could have us reneg on the ol' woman. I think Zack Brown is coming, too. Gotta go see them.




I saw Zach Brown last year. I enjoyed myself because I like their music and drinking beer but they just plow through their playlist quick and hit the road. Sometimes the hot bands are just too tired to put on a great show. I'd pass if he were in town again sometime soon.

But Steve Winwood is a must see? I'd rather stick metal skewers in my &€%t?!

75% of Winwood's show is his stuff with Traffic and Spencer Davis (I'm a Man...Gimme some lovin')...he only does a few solo tunes...
