The other music threads were fun and since its still before the night created for the casual fans, let's do one more:

Name up to 3 guilty pleasure songs that you like. I will take the brave first step:

Year of the Cat by Al Stewart;
Sara Smile by Hall & Oates;
Locked out of Heaven by Bruno Mars;

Love Year of the Cat - Al Stewart. Great call there.

In the other thread Chin mentioned the atrocity that is the Barbra Streisand channel. I couldn't agree more. But I love this song:

I recently attended a concert on the Lost 80's tour. Almost any of the bands on that tour could qualify for this topic.

Locomotion by Little Eva. The definition of a one hit wonder, even back in the early 60s.

Really? She never had another #1, but her first 4 records were all top 40 pop hits, and the 2nd one was #12 pop and #2 R&B. Truth be told, her other two hits other than Locomotion and Keep Your Hands of My Baby were absolute trash, even for '62. Still four top 40 hits probably disqualifies her from being a 1 hit wonder.

"The Way" by Fastball. Cheesy power pop song that was a huge hit in the '90s. When you hear the lyrics it sounds perhaps supernatural but it's really a romanticized recount of an elderly couple who disappeared.

My bad. I keep forgetting about "Doowutchyalike". You're right. Everyone knows that one.

Now if you wear corrective shoes and you got big bunions
Toenails smell and look like onions
Don't doowutchyalike--
Go see a foot doctor tonight!

I mentioned Billy Squier's "What Do You Want From Me" in another thread, so I'll go with this one:

And I gotta throw in pretty much any video by Morris Day & The Time that includes Jerome Benton dancing.
