A John Wayne western. I don't remember which one. The line "I hope he don't get them mixed up like the last time" was Walter Brennan to John Wayne at the end of the movie.I have no idea what movie this line is from, but it's funny as h___.![]()
W.C. Fields film of the same name, i.e., "You Can't Cheat an Honest Man"Flim-flam man?
"My Cousin Vinnie"I haven't read the whole thread, so if this was said already forgive me.
"Well, that explains the hostility."
Here's a hint as to the movie.
General Sherman, except he said "Texas" instead of "this place"If I owned this place and Hell...I'd rent this place out and live in Hell.
'Here's lookin' at you, kid.'"We'll always have Paris."
Don't know about a movie, but if I remember correctly, in the book The Virginian by Owen Wister, there was a similar sentence: "When you call me that, smile."" Smile when you say that, (partner)". This was in the book, was it in a movie
of the same name?? I 'm thinking of the plot ending that was used in High Noon.
The final line is actually "Keep watching the skies".How about -- "Watch the skies" (final words of the movie).
You beat me to it. I'll delete mine."I have come here to chew bubble gum and kick ***. And I'm all out of bubble gum."
I didn't get it exactly right from memory, and Jim Carrey embellished the quote in 'The Mask', but here's the original."You're good, kid, but as long as I'm around, you're only second best."
