OT- foul call at end of Celtics game

complaining about one call in THIS game is insane . The free throw advantage, the foul differential, and the amount of touch fouls called on the sixers end tonight crippled any chance of this game being competitive. That and the whole sixers 80 turnovers in the second half eventually wore philly down.

i'm assuming you are referring to the charging call when Garnett went up for a poster dunk over Hawes which was probably the only questionable call to go the sixers way all night.

Obviously either a Sixer fan or a C's hater because there was nothing tolerable about the refereeing either way. No obvious lean from the refs at all they are just horrible all the time but very consistent. The 76ers are a lean, grab and push team and the C's are so old they do much the same. Ugly either way but the fact is the Sixers can't shoot straight on occasion period!!

sixer fan...you caught me . Maybe it is the bias, but I am not the only one that though that the refs favored the celts last night..

Game 5 FT advantage: Celtics +17
Game 4 FT advantage: Philly +17

What's the constant? The home team tends to get more calls in the NBA.

It's not rocket science.

There's just no question. You want Pierce having the ball in his hands. Now...if Ray comes off a screen and is open, Pierce can find him. But Ray is a catch & shoot player. Paul Pierce is the total package: he can raise up and get a shot off, he can effectively pump fake to get contact, he can put the ball on the floor and take it to the rack, he can draw a second defender and kick it out to an open man.

If you've watched the Celtics and these players' careers it's not really a question.

I hope the Sixers can shut Garnet up. For a man in his 30's he can behave so childish.

I was referring to the call as being one of the worst i've ever seen. Also look at the time of my post, Celts were behind.

Questionable?

Let's just say that you and I are seeing two totally diffferent things.
