OT: Favorite toys while growing up....

If you have ever seen the iconic photograph of the first dozen or so Microsoft employees, it includes a Harvard classmate of Bill Gates, who it is said invested or lent money to finance the company's relocation from Albuquerque to Seattle. He was the grandson of the founder of Coleco.

This is what I played before APBA. Used a spinner for circular player cards, that corresponded to player stats. Mostly, I played Hall of Famers against current day players, either American or National League All-Stars.

Yikes, in grammar school!? I was jealous that my friends across the street had one of these.

We had one of these games. The problem was that the ball would go too far at times and leave the arena. It would have been better if there was a clear bubble over the game.

It got to where from the far distance I developed a bank shot that I thought of as like Sam Jones of the Celtics.

My favorite aunt worked in the HASBRO factory in Pawtucket, RI her entire adult life. So I was swimming in GI Joe stuff. But I was more into cars, bikes, models, Estes rockets and stuff.
