There is not one piece that PC as an institution is interested and that was the point I"m making. fans on a message board going back and forth on the merits of Tharpe is not what I was referring to. The poster stated we were recruiting him and by that action which was false and then made a sarcastic slam on Cooley. Come on guys I know even you guys can comprehend the difference.

Ed Cooley is a total fraud. Not telling Dana Altman that Austin was a s e xual predator contributed to this.

Do you know what Austin was suspended for at PC, Do you know any of the details? You are a message board bully who would not have the balls to say anything you post to anyone's face. In other-words a fraud.

Hindsight being 20/20 he probably should have been booted, kid has severe problems.

Memphis and Maryland both recently accepted transfers in similar situations (accused of sexual assault but no charges filed) and then the NCAA rewarded them for some unclear reason so that they did not have to sit out a year with the subsequent transfer...I wonder where they end up?

But to even manage to discuss the Austin deal is crazy on your end of the deal. Stay away from it. I realize you are supportive of how it was handled but if I were you I wouldn't even want to associate that kid with a reply here or anywhere else. Get him off the map…………kid's nothing but trouble!

It was a bad decision recruiting him and taking him. Hindsight is always 20/20 I would think we didn't know he had these issues. I came here because some -bag stated that we are recruiting Tharpe and called Cooley a fraud. It ticked me off and I responded in kind.
