Nobody on the court respects him -- the refs, his players, opposing coaches. They know they can just ignore him.

It's the only thing on his chalkboard. We waste 10 seconds 40 feet from the hoop with token ball movement. Then, pass to the wing and panic, or kick it back to the top for a panic shot from the top of the key or wild penetration.
