Better odds for that than Hartford.

Im not denying that I just think it would be very weird, in terms of traveling, scheduling back to back games with travel etc.

Marshall gets the ball to start 2nd half. We need to step up on D here.

IMHO right now for this program to take the next step upward on the improvement dial..Diaco needs to get the OL figured out.

The guy who owns the rays now lives in Rye...

The Rye Rays has a ring to it. And they could integrate Playland into the design. Crappy game? Hit up the Dragon coaster.

The name of the game in the conference realignment era is to build a brand and a fanbase. That means making people want to watch/attend the games. There are two ways to accomplish that:

1) Play an exciting style of football
2) Be a consistent winner

Obviously, Diaco has no interest in #1. Will we be able to do enough of #2 with an offense right out of the 1950's?

It's a very low bar, but for this AAC bowl season to date, at least this game is competitive.

I was in line one morning at the bagel store in Rye getting a bag to make in to the firehouse..I had the Post and Daily News in my hand...came across the news of the sale to this guy and made a comment to myself that the Rays were an embarrassment to baseball and should be contracted...the guy in front of me turned around smiling and said "thanks for your opinion..I feel the same way..that's why I will be making serious changes"..it was the guy who had just bought the Rays (and still owns them)
