Then UConn is in the dark ages. It's gotta lot to learn from industry. Its record the last seven years is also indicative of that fact. That’s not the way it works - sorry about that
The post ends today instead of tomorrow nightWhat changed?
The current UConn employment website states revised, but what was actually changed from the original OC job listing other than subtracting 1 day 11:59 pm 1/11 versus 1/12 (1st post in thread)? Nothing appears to have changed in the actual job description, but anyone seriously interested has likely already contacted UConn.Job posting for the OC job got revised. Sometimes it gets leaked out on the weekends. That’s what I’m hoping!Doesn't this usually tip our hand? meaning, we'll probably know who our new OC/QB coach will be early next week?
If so, good news..
Solid track record building a defense at Nova. Should have been obvious given the context of my post. Why, does he deserve it?

If I wasn’t under the weather I could probably track it down.
I think he’s a great candidate. A lot of people wanted him this time last year.
I posted this in December 2016:
Donnie Kirkpatrick fits the bill:
He has all the check marks
Kirkpatrick Coaching History:
Years School Positions
2016 - James Madison Offensive Coordinator- QB coach
2005-15 East Carolina Asst. Head Coach, Wide Receivers, Recruiting Coordinator
2003-04 Western Carolina Wide Receivers
2000-02 Chattanooga Head Coach
1998-99 Chattanooga Offensive Coordinator
1995-97 Louisville Offensive Coordinator, Quarterbacks
1993-94 Eastern Michigan Asst. Head Coach, Quarterbacks, Running Backs, Wide Receivers
1989-92 South Carolina Quarterbacks, Recruiting Coordinator
1984-88 Appalachian State Quarterbacks, Running Backs, Defensive Ends
I believe his best attribute is he took a totally new offensive in his first year as Offensive coordinator to the #2 offense in FCS and playing in National Championship game. He also spent 10 years with a team in the AAC, East Carolina.
