Jenica Lewis....on some tape late in the October recruiting thread...is in the
8th grade....yikes!

Reminder: the Iowan has indicated that UConn is her 'dream school'.
I trust we are aware of her...a UConn coach perhaps stopping by at a game
with a UConn outfit and a wave at Jenica.

Recruiting nowadays? I wouldn't bet against Iowa State and Iowa already having offered her.
Iowa and Minnesota seem to have several elilte underclass kids. Uhh...wonder if they follow Paige?

BTW: Liv McGill...also on some tape in late October: I did not realize that this 2024'er attends
Hopkins High....know anybody on our team that is a grad there????

Paige.

I do not know if Paige and LIv played on the Hopkins team
together. They are 4 years apart...both in their soph year.
If Liv played as an 8th grader then Paige would still be a senior in high school.
If she only was on the varsity as a frosh...then Paige would have been gone...playing like the NPOY in Storrs last season.

No, McGill joined Hopkins as a freshman. They were never on the roster together.

No, McGill joined Hopkins as a freshman. They were never on the roster together.

McGill played for another team as an eighth grader but enrolled at Hopkins as a freshman. I think Bueckers played against her and the game is on Youtube but I can't remember who McGill played for.

What in the world?... KK Arnold is "generously" listed as 5'6" (allegedly) yet in these highlights most times she is the tallest person on the floor. Clearly she is a skilled player but is this really a highlight package to be proud of when you appear to be playing against grade school kids?

Ok, time to get off the Kiki Rice Bandwagon and focus on 2023 and beyond.

For 2023, I want Williams, Toomey, Cunningham, Shade, and Booker.

Kids I really want regardless of class are Jocyte, Olson, and Lewis. Jocyte has been playing with and against pros since she was 13. She's still only 15. But she looks 21.
