RIck Barnes and Grant Williams, darn you! Bringing credit to that horrible place!

Wow, 7th triple double in Notre Dame history. Ionescu has more than twice that many in 2 1/2 years.

How many had Oregon had prior to Ionescu?

TN 36% from field, including 2-14 from 3

And Rennia Davis continues to disappoint in big games. 3-14 for 6 points, with ZERO rb and ZERO assists. But 2 TOs and 5 fouls.

Best half from Tennessee this season in the first but Notre Dame dominated the second half.

This next 5 game stretch for Tennessee is huge. They need to win at least 3 games to have a decent shot at staying in the bubble mix. If they dont, theyll be 3-8 in SEC play with an uphill battle to finish 7-9. There's no question they have the talent to be a top 15-20 team in the country....it's execution and focus that is missing, and that falls on coaching.

There was alot of hype over her in the preseason in that top 5 at each position thread

The LadyVols full press till the final seconds...with ND's bench players in game in last 1+ minute left to make the spread more palatable.

It was a 21-point margin just as predicted by Massey when the starters left.

Those underclassmen, though...they have a long way to go.
I said that it would be closer than expected. I was right for 3 quarters. I said single digits win for ND. again, right for awhile. But I also said I’d eat my words, gladly, if ND proved me wrong. So...I’m eating now!

Besides Westbrook where is the talent?

Are you insinuating Tennessee has no talent? Rennia Davis was great as a freshmen but has regressed it seems and looks to not even want to be there.

I am saying I have watched the Lady Vols last 6 games! BAMA, UGA, Arky, Missou amd UK and for sure ND all looked to be faster, More fundamentally sound, higher BBall IQ, better shooters, passers etc! But everyone keeps saying UT has more talent than the teams they are losing to! Sorry just not seeing it!

I realize this is a quote from the article, not your words. How many years does it take? How many should she be given? This is her seventh season. The shadow of Pat's legacy is always going to loom large, but she's now had several recruiting classes go thru. It is her program now.

Agree with you.... 25 plus years as assistant coach.... sitting next to the best... then training wheels as head coach while she filled in for Pat now in 7th year as official head coach... gets good players ... HS All Americans... and has developed none to be college All Americans.... she deserves the criticism she gets...
