The Day keeps changing its rules regarding from whom it will publish letters. In early January, 2008, the editorial page editor explained "It's a new year and we are tweaking our policies. In this Internet age, when our articles are being read all over the country, and even the world, we will occasionally offer a balanced sampling of letters from outside our immediate area, particularly on issues that are not local in nature. But our primary focus will remain local. And there is no way to run every letter that comes in from everywhere."

there is a line between fan......and fanatic
They are actually the same. "Fan" is derived from "fanatic". We're all fanatical about UConn athletics. Otherwise, we wouldn't be posting here.

How many dimes do you get back when you return your bottles and cans?? :D
not one dime of mine is going to uconn until this issue is solved. may i be the first to take this stance. some fans mailed back season tix this year. i encourage no one to buy tix to anything nor buy a simple tshirt. the only way this works is a media attack and a $$ attack. if you are ok with the coaches, then u will say this is wild and stupid. if u want the coaches gone u will join in. simple. done 2 years from now jump on this, either notice it in its early steps or for ever watch uconn be at football. now or never. look how long it took cuse and bc to come abck to life. we can't have that.
there is a line between fan......and fanatic
i am a crazy fan. if this doesn't happen, then i will hang my fanhood up over time decreasing interest just like it happenes to any fanbase. this is what i want to prevent on a bigger scale to casuals here and our 1st ten years building. eventually, it will kill the whole school...
Holy smokes, he lit the fuse...

did everyone here think i was kidding or something about a media blitz? i have like 7k posts becuase i eat sleep breath uconn. not the yankees or the pats or the knicks or the bruins. uconn god dammit.

I am very sure the administration knows about fans being upset with our coaching staff. Otherwise, Jeff Jacobs wouldn't have had GDL saying "OK?" after every sentence. GDL thinks of himself WAY too highly. Does he even have any championships anywhere?

I like how there is a Geno demand. I hope they fix the first two and don't extend Geno, just to see how that works out for you.

I seriously think that it's time to put you in the insane asylum.

Your thoughts on how to get PP fired are, um, Louisville level thinking.

Did you see the responses (I mean in general, not HFD) when Louisville was invited to the ACC and we were not?
