Castle with great D on Bouie
Pretty hard to beat us when Clingan makes anything at the rim almost impossible to get.
Then cleans up everything at the rim on the other end. Whether our 3s come or not, Don will always make sure we dominate the paint.
I wouldn't be too concerned. They seem to pull it out when they need to. No one expected them to lose to Northwestern.Awful 3 pt shooting and still won easily....Cling Kong! Mildly concerned about shooting as we move ahead, hopefully rims in Boston kinder.
Castle with great D on Bouie
2002-2004Consecutive sweet 16s for the first time in a while
And UConn showed great restraint in not retaliating because of they shoved back the y would have been whistled for a foulLooked like a hockey game for a while. NU had a lot of body checks that went uncalled.
Good lord - let's hope not!Bouie finished 2/15 from the field being guarded by a freshman in his final collegiate game. Castle is the best perimeter defender in America.
He's strong and long. Made things extraordinarily difficult on Buie. It was impressive.Bouie finished 2/15 from the field being guarded by a freshman in his final collegiate game. Castle is the best perimeter defender in America.
He wasn't the best player on the floor. But he is very good. Credit to Castle and Diarra for their amazing defense.“Best player on the floor” couldn’t throw it in the ocean. Nitwit podcasters.
Dominating. Totally impossible for opponents to simulate his stifling perimeter D. He and Clingan combined to just chew up and spit out an All-BIG guard.Castle with great D on Bouie
He is the unsung heroCastle with great D on Bouie
I kind of like that we had that second half so Hurley and staff can rip them a bit and focus them up.This is the best team in the country
its so incredibly satisfying to see him dissolve offensive talent in that way. the best defensive prospect i've seen on uconn with his switchability and effort. He ripped his heart right out of his chest.
Who says UConn grads can't do math?52 points in the paint, 14 from the line, does that mean 9 points outside the paint?
We hit 3 3's and don't shoot bad 2s, so yes.52 points in the paint, 14 from the line, does that mean 9 points outside the paint?
