Would like to see TCU get a top high schooler to see what Mark Campbell can produce after 3-4 years of his coaching,

I mean, that's easy to say when your school isn't a finalist for her! 🤣 You wouldn't be posting this if South Carolina were an option.

Close at least now has a Final Four on her resume. Banghart has achieved quite a few signings of highly recruited HS prospects and some worthy portal transfers with very little to show for it. The next big game that Courtney gives a respectful showing (never mind get a win) will be her first. Normally, here is where I would insert my shameless plug to @triaddukefan that Kara has surpassed Courtney in my coaching rank but then that game at the Greenbrier ballroom occurred against an WVU and it left me SMDH at Kara....

And, it only took Close 14 seasons at UCLA to reach her first Final Four. With Harpring at UNC starting next season, I could see Banghart reaching a Final Four much sooner than that.

I like Duke's class better than NDs. We really filled all of our needs and In terms of positional balance. PG, SG,SF, and a Center.

Texas is looking stacked for years to come. Two top 10 kids for 2026, a top 5 recruit this year (Crump), a couple other top 10-15 kids from 2024 (Lee and Carlton), plus Madison Booker the year prior. They’re well positioned to compete with SC and LSU for SEC titles for years to come. Biggest question mark for me is will Vic adjust any of his offensive schemes. Last year they were painful at times offensively and you need an adequate offense to win a title.

You’re correct, I haven’t watched them this year. That’s good to hear though. Texas last year put up monster numbers to start the year and tailed off massively toward the back stretch of the season. I hope they can produce better against top competition this year.

I just checked Texas current stats and only 14% of their points come from three. J. Lee (22 3PA) and Crump (20 3PA) are their primary three point shooters.
