I could see some non revenue sports going the way of men's soccer at Bama, Arkansas, Auburn, A&M, Georgia, Fla...and UConn and FSU...if TRitle IX allows.
Club sports are playing for club national championships (Florida was 2019 NIRSA (soccer) Champion)...volleyball has NCVF, etc.
I supported club soccer at FSU...women's soccer was only added as a varsity sports in 1998 (Title IX I'd bet). The men are still club only.

The FSU Men’s Soccer Program is an ultra-competitive soccer club that competes in Region III of the NIRSA college soccer league. Off the field, we participate in soccer related events in order to promote the sport throughout the university campus, the city of Tallahassee, and the state of Florida.
