ha. What's the exit fee for ND from its "no conference but the ACC through 2025" contract?

Officially, $52 million plus a GOR regarding its sports other than football and hockey.
Maybe, but they didn't take no attendance, no course work, no nothing courses UNC requires for graduation either. Just saying!ramses 2.0 said:Nothing arrogant about pointing out the truth. It is unlikely NCSU would make to much of a issue since their Chancellor & most of their Board of Trustees are selected by a Governing Body that was created by UNC in the first place

That would be so great.
The intertron melt would be glorious.
Get ready to kys, Terry.
If ND finds a scheme that allows them to make more money with the MAC or MVC or WAC, they would affiliate there. With ND, its all about FB independence and the associated non-shareable revenue it generates and maxing the revenue as a leech on some other conference for the other sports. If somehow they are forced to join a conference for FB, I would not leave the AAC as an option off the table because adding ND would make the P5 into the P6 real fast and the AAC schools would be foolish not to give ND everything it wanted for 10+ years to make it happen. The ACC most likely would not give them everything and the B1G sure as hell would not.I truly doubt that such a move would be good for us, if only because every move is bad for us even if we can't fathom how it would be at the time, and I would be surprised if ND divorced the ACC and affiliated for football so soon after moving to the ACC, but I think nonetheless it would make me smile.
The conventional wisdom among some of the BY faithful ,is we would join the remnants of the ACC with our old Big East foes.. The problem with that is the P5 would be the P4 and we would still be on the outside. I guess the fact that Cuse,Pitt, and BC would also be on the outs somehow makes that palatable.I truly doubt that such a move would be good for us, if only because every move is bad for us even if we can't fathom how it would be at the time, and I would be surprised if ND divorced the ACC and affiliated for football so soon after moving to the ACC, but I think nonetheless it would make me smile.
Looks like ND might be involved in a non-alignment related rumor today. Looks academic related - rumors range from suspension of a few back-ups to a complete UNC level academic scandal.
I like her already...Emily who?Either Uconn's newest reporter is reading the yard or this rumor has legs.
@ErikaWachter: Yikes. Big rumors circulating about a serious academic cheating scandal at #NotreDame Football. Suspensions and win vacancies possible.

Second tweet says the Irish are holding confidential info over Swofford and release will be 24 million and two ACC teams per year on ND football schedule
Did you see these or was this a joke. Thought you were trying to get under our UVA and ND friends skin.
