If we play Penn State, Faris has got to stay on Lucas. She is nothing but net so far when open.

Kansas is showing everyone the blueprint for defending EDD/UD. Barring them being so successful that they win.

If Kansas is really creating the blueprint, then it shows you just how weak Del's schedule has been this year. (And yet some thought they should get a #2 seed.)

Get out of the top 10 and it's just a game night crap shoot....IMHO

ESPN in NY stinks! They start with Duke on both ESPN2 and ESPNU. Then ESPN2 switches to St. Johns when that game starts.

Duke game ends first. So what does ESPNU do? Right, switch to the St. Johns, which is now on both stations.

Are these guys brain dead, or what? Especially after all the hype for the Delaware game....

I'll be glad when there's only one game at a time. ESPN will still probably screw it up.

hypothetical question? Assuming all parties move forward, could Duke beat Stanford?

Deleware was at the half the same time as Duke

Missed it. Please describe. She is definitely an offensive force.
She dribbled downcourt and had to launch out of rhythm and not really squared from the top of the arc. Nailed it.

Did LSU not scout Maggie Lucas? 5 for 6 on treys--in the first half! She has 19 of the team's 36.

Thanks. I've seen her take a lot of shots not squared up--too many in my opinion. Squared up, she is as good as anyone, possibly better. From 25' and in.

Not to beat a dead horse, but...strictly basketball-wise, EDD was born to play for UConn.

That hurts. Been sublimating suppressing distilling and blocking out  quite nicely 'til now wise guy.

Years of therapy ruined!:p

It makes me a little queasy to think how good UConn would have been the past few years with her. Oh well.

That said, Delaware doesn't play very good team D and KU is getting a lot of open looks and knocking them down. They obviously read their scouting reports and have effectively doubled down on EDD.

That no look pass out of the double team by her leading to a layup was pretty amazing, though.

No question. But the Antitrust Division might have come after Geno. Tina, Maya, Elena, et al. might have simply been unfair. Tony's 195-0 prediction might have been an underestimate.

EDD looks tired. Bad pass on the break, getting double teamed every time. Maybe a 3 seed was too high?
