I was just coming here to say Giffey, and im surprised to see nobody mentioned Selvie yet.Niels Giffey
He did. I found this story from February about Lyman and his son. There is a clip in it of Lyman and Shaq playing against each other....except Lyman is SCORING on Shaq. You didn't want to mess with this dude. Not the most talented player in the world but man he was tough.Didn't Lyman, at 6'5", guard Shaq in the NCAA tourney in 1991? He did an awesome job.
Donny Marshall
John Thomas
Lyman DePriest
Jake Voskuhl
Rash Jones
Kevin Freeman
Corny Thompson
THE CAPTAIN - Jim Calhoun
And Junkyard Dogs with finesse- Ricky Moore and Taliek Brown
My family had season tickets from 1965 until 1995 - saw Corny play some tough bball - yeah he was smooth on the outside but when he got underneath with that butt as a weapon he was a monsterOh, I only wish Corny was a tougher b'tard. A lot of skill, he was smooth--little too smooth.
Rashamel Jones!!!!

Selvie goes without saying but he's a top 5 or 10 Husky of all-time so you don't automatically think Junkyard dog. Lyman Is was a tough guy, jack of all trades. Niels Giffey is my junkyard dog of recent memory, the kid is tough as nails and will play hard and well in any situation you put him in, Niels has become a favorite.
