FWIW

Sections 116 and 117 on the aisle between them at GP are really good seats. Especially the first 8 rows or so. Near the UConn bench with a great view.

I sat there for several years and loved them. Everyone who sat there loved them. Section 114 would offer the same view of the court, but you're not near the uconn bench
Keep your review of the good seats to yourself!

That is because the selection goes by donor level category, then point totals in the donor level. Basically, someone who donated $100,000 for the first time last year will pick ahead of someone who has been donating $25,000 a year for 30 years.
That process only applies to Big East, NCAA tournament and special event games ( like at MSG )... I think highest level picked first and then it was priority points regardless of donor level...and for what its worth 100k donation would equal same points as 25k for 4 years

I just looked at the latest ticket map and I'm getting really pissed. My time slot is next week as it sounds like a few of you have. There are still like two weeks of people picking seats after me. Can't wait to get my new "forever seats"

I'm a week from today and dreading it. Even if I score the exact same seats, these guys are not getting any extracurricular donations or support like buying/donating bowl tickets, just because they put me through this BS.

Edit: checked in on the current seating availability, people are definitely starting to nibble into the 200s now too.

I am at 2pm today.....def nervous, angry and flooded with mixed emotions.....fingers crossed

I feel like we should get signs printed up we can hold up at the first game
“PISSED ABOUT LOSING OUR BELOVED FOREVER SEATS”
or something to that effect
I highly doubt anyone would get a sign like that I to the arena.

Maybe people should pool their resources and buy the naming rights to the Civic Center and call it "Forever Seats Arena".

Let's create a tshirt...

Only Diamonds Are Forever...

My takeaway from this thread is that there are a lot of people that liked the donation system when it put them ahead of others, but don’t like it now that others used the donation system to get ahead of them.

But they tell you it is by Priority Points. If what you say is true, another lie.

They told us its by points first.

However, going back to how many seats were taken before the selection process started, I think those million dollar donors jumped us. Then again, their donations may have been so large they jumped the rest of us in points

I no longer have access to the seating chart, and I can't find a current seating chart on line.

Can someone who does have access answer one question for me. In Hartford, does the aisle between 115 and 116 go down to the floor? My ticket rep told me they're waiting on new diagrams, but I'd like to know what the seating chart shows.

TIA

^^^^^^

Thank you

I was concerned the luxury boxes might block our access to the floor
