new seat selection email?

Disappointed in new seats

My takeaway from this thread is that there are a lot of people that liked the donation system when it put them ahead of others, but don’t like it now that others used the donation system to get ahead of them.

That is because the selection goes by donor level category, then point totals in the donor level. Basically, someone who donated $100,000 for the first time last year will pick ahead of someone who has been donating $25,000 a year for 30 years.
But they tell you it is by Priority Points. If what you say is true, another lie.

They told us its by points first.

However, going back to how many seats were taken before the selection process started, I think those million dollar donors jumped us. Then again, their donations may have been so large they jumped the rest of us in points

I no longer have access to the seating chart, and I can't find a current seating chart on line.

Can someone who does have access answer one question for me. In Hartford, does the aisle between 115 and 116 go down to the floor? My ticket rep told me they're waiting on new diagrams, but I'd like to know what the seating chart shows.

TIA

^^^^^^

Thank you

I was concerned the luxury boxes might block our access to the floor

Welcome to our (un)happy club

Just checked the site again. I pick on Wednesday. My seats were gone last week and now 2 of my back up seats are gone. This is turning out just great
I picked out seats two hours before my window and they were gone when it was my turn to pick.(on Friday) The site is clearly fluid. One interesting side note, now that I picked; they have disabled my access to the site. I was trying to follow along, etc…can’t do that anymore- so once you pick…that’s it. Good luck!!

The reality is that the new luxury seating in Hartford impacts seat selection seating in the bottom and top rows of many lower level 100’s sections. That creates a chain reaction of displaced fans displacing other fans. I pick soon and am not thrilled with the options. Paying more money for worse seating.

In the what should be a premature email (before seat selection ends) on the $12,500 seats yesterday, is this UConn reaction to people being pissed off by offering them an option - so now it’s the consumer’s fault if they are still unhappy? Or is it just the same tone deaf UConn behavior towards its customers? Or is it a desperate legal offer of your seat for life just at a much higher price, but in hopes of protecting UConn against a class action?

If a local bank in Holyoke is your new big corporate sponsor, Houston we have a problem as they used to say in NASA.
To think our tax dollars paid via the state improvement grants to XL to take our seats away. Will the politicians who voted for this be paying for their seats?
