I hope people (at least the South Carolina fans) are smart enough to not give her (Fulwiley) what she wants, which is attention. Wish her well, if you must, and move on.
Some of that is by design. More drama = more clicks = more $$$Money aside, I just don’t get the appeal for LSU. Seems like there’s always some sort of drama coming from the program every season.
I think South Carolina will be just fine without her.
LSU has the most toxic locker room environment in the country. Lay will be in the portal next season again. Don’t be shocked if Williams does as wellMoney aside, I just don’t get the appeal for LSU. Seems like there’s always some sort of drama coming from the program every season.

By my count they have 11 scholarship players, so still 4 available spots to fill:Aren’t they still an option for Serah Williams? What’s the roster count now?
There's also Joyner from East Carolina coming who is also a PF.By my count they have 10 scholarship players, so still 5 available spots to fill:
Sr:
Flaujae Johnson, SG
Kailyn Gilbert, SG
Izzy Besselman, SG (walk on)
Jr:
Milaysia Fulwiley, SG
Mikaylah Williams, SG
So:
Kate Koval, C
Jada Richard, G (not sure if PG or SG)
Fr:
Divine Bourrage, SG
ZaKiyah Johnson, SF
Grace Knox, PF
Bella Hines, SG
One of the more imbalanced rosters I've ever seen with possibly 8 of the 11 players being SGs, no PG on the roster and just 1 center and 1 PF. Personnel wise there's a clear need for Serah Williams and she'd make them a true Final Four threat.
Thanks--edited itThere's also Joyner from East Carolina coming who is also a PF.
J Richard played point last season and B Hines is often listed as a point or comboguard. However you are correct. If they add S Williams then that is a Final Four caliber team.By my count they have 11 scholarship players, so still 4 available spots to fill:
Sr:
Flaujae Johnson, SG
Kailyn Gilbert, SG
Amina Joyner, PF
Izzy Besselman, SG (walk on)

A side note though--I can't imagine all 3 of Johnson, Bourrage and Hines stick more than this season with Fulwiley/Williams ahead of them for the next 2 years. Realistically all 3 will have a difficult time carving out a rotation spot with 4 really good wings on the roster in front of them.
Reportedly, “done deal for more than a week.” Where are we now on the confidence meter of Goodman and Milkey?
Notre Dame on line 1?LSU has the most toxic locker room environment in the country.

As long as her team loses by 50, I'm all for it! Because if she's scoring 50, she's probably also giving up 50 to her opponent (who happens to be Ta'Niya).I have no dog in this fight, but I hope she returns to Columbia next season and drops 50 on yalls head.
NoHas Serah Williams committed any where yet?
Isn't next season the cycle where we break LSU's home winning streak? I think that happens in even years. As long as her team loses by 50, I'm all for it! Because if she's scoring 50, she's probably also giving up 50 to her opponent (who happens to be Ta'Niya).
Gonna be a little difficult for a 25% 3-point shooter to drop 50 in a college true road game, but stranger things have happened.
Yup--the game is in PMAC for 2025-26.Isn't next season the cycle where we break LSU's home winning streak? I think that happens in even years.
No

People are so dramatic lolLSU has the most toxic locker room environment in the country. Lay will be in the portal next season again. Don’t be shocked if Williams does as well
These two are always box office.I think she has made a mistake here. This is not the situation I envisioned when I was championing for her to leave South Carolina. This is a usage lateral move imo. I wish her luck though.
And one thing is for sure. LSU versus South Carolina will be box office next season.

Not always the case, but it seems like often the transfers are picking schools that were among their finalists coming out of high school. Just because they're transfers doesn't mean they don't have (long) existing relationships with the coaching staff. And often the recruits/players know each other well, too (take Raven Johnson publicly recruiting her former HS teammate Latson, for example).Someday I would be curious to hear about what it’s like to be a coach at one of these places picking up 6 or 7 players regularly.
When you have a big frosh class, at least those players are ones that you’ve known for years so you already have a personal relationship, not to mention you’ve had a lot of time to think about how the player fits in to your style of play. And the recruits may have already interacted with each other.
This is a completely different animal. The players do have college experience so there’s less getting them up to speed but still you’re pulling together 7 transfers, a few HS recruits, and a few returners and trying to meld them together. Not even pro teams have that kind of turnover.
This is why Duke would have been perfect for Milaysia
Maybe it’s because I don’t read or follow up on every news article, but I just can’t understand why there is so much dislike, distaste, or hatred, for this kid. Again, I’m an outsider looking in. Also, are the kids who transferred into SCAR this year, seeking attention?I hope people (at least the South Carolina fans) are smart enough to not give her (Fulwiley) what she wants, which is attention. Wish her well, if you must, and move on.
