The year itself though has nothing to do with why the last 9 months have been brutal.

The events of 2020 have certainly required an adjustment. More than that for a lot less fortunate than I, but personally 2007-08 was worse. As was 2011-12. I see no relief, come Jan. 2021. Much like last winter, I don't see relief coming until late Spring at the earliest.

Well, now I have a better sense of who stayed up late, and what time people woke up this morning.

This is could have been titled "Non-Game Day Thread."

Without a known easy CBS stream (FUBU trial?), and not being willing to go to a bar (do they even currently operate?), or so casually visit somebody else's house, postponement of Gonzaga-Baylor almost feels like good news.

And the common bond of shared disappointment has provided some laughs while lessening the sting.

I think I'll re-watch the USC game. I got an important phone call on Thursday and missed Carlton's best minutes.
