Confirmed by Borges and ArrudaSomeone connected to program....just what I heard.
"Dressed and available" is like the least affirmative description. "Will play" is more definitive.Being able to play doesn’t equal being fully healthy. If they were fully healthy there would be no minutes restriction
I understand the minutes restriction for Mullins just because he hasn't played this season yet. Hurley has already said he's going to work him into the rotation slowly like he did for Castle. But Reed is either ready to play or he's not. Is playing 15 minutes going to be less of a strain on his ankle than playing 25 minutes? We'll see how Hurley uses him today.Dressed, available, but minutes restrictions.
Will be interesting if Reed starts.I understand the minutes restriction for Mullins just because he hasn't played this season yet. Borges said that minutes restrictions for both are likely but especially so for Mullins, to your pointI understand the minutes restriction for Mullins just because he hasn't played this season yet. Its better than not available !"Dressed and available" is like the least affirmative description. "Will play" is more definitive.
I think he's just not 100%, so mitigating as much stress on it as possible. 20 minutes instead of 32 or whatever.I understand the minutes restriction for Mullins just because he hasn't played this season yet. Yes and we played exactly like they were an after thought. Instead of taking the opportunity to build some confidence going into the IL game. Especially knowing we were not sure what our two best players availability was going to be going into today’s game.
😬Going out on a limb, they both play against the Illini.
