You’re forgetting the very first. In 1998, the Harvard women the 16th seed upset Stanford the #1, 71-67 on their home floor in the first round of the NCAA.Upsets by America East schools are not out of the norm. The only 16 to ever beat a 1 was UMBC over Virginia in the men's tournament a couple years ago. The schools in the AE are excellent academically and those players are all true student athletes. UMass Lowell is fairly new to Div 1 and still building. It's going to be hard for UConn to not score 100 even if they aren't trying to.
UConn - 110
Lowell - 27
IIRC Stanford had a couple of starters injured..You’re forgetting the very first. In 1998, the Harvard women the 16th seed upset Stanford the #1, 71-67 on their home floor in the first round of the NCAA.
Yeah, Stanford had at least one player (probably more) injured and either out or limited. They likely were over-seeded based on the available roster.IIRC Stanford had a couple of starters injured..
Who beat Stanford as a 1 seed when Tara was working with the Olympic team
IIRC Stanford had a couple of starters injured..
^^^^ this... Geno will not embarrass Tom or Shea. If it does go over 100, it won’t be by much.Ok, regarding the UMass-Lowell game, Geno will try not to embarrass Shea's husband, but it should be extremely one-sided. Maybe 100-30.
I see the starters playing maybe 18-25 minutes and everyone healthy getting in the game. We should get some view of Piath and Autumn. I'm predicting that Mir hits double-figure points.
87-49 Lady Huskies and welcome back
He better wash all the dishes and change all the diapers if that is true..Shea‘s husband convinces Shea to turn over all of UConn‘ plays and game plan.
UConn wins 104-23

My Prediction - the guy standing in front of the locker room door before the game is carried away in an ambulance. 60 point first half - 45 point second half Autumn starts her college career with 8 points and 3 assists. 105-30 final
