OT: Movies that you will watch over and over

1. Godfather II only - I can recite it verbatim
2. Silence of the Lambs - Anthony Hopkins & Jodie Foster at their best
3. Bridesmaids - When I want to laugh. Melissa McCarthy is the star in this one
4. Speed - Any movie that has Sandra Bullock, Keanu Reeves and non-stop action is ok w/me
5. The Professional - with a young Natalie Portman
6. Goodfellas - The best soundtrack of all time - I shoulda' been a mob wife...

Good list. I prefer Spy to Bridesmaids though.

A couple westerns that I didn't see listed:
Bite The Bullet - Gene Hackman & James Coburn....
The Sons of Katie Elder - the Duke & Dean Martin
Oh, and Seabiscuit

If I'm scanning the channels and any of these show up I can't seem to get past them.

Wow, "Adventure in Babysitting", a long time ago, but that's the movie that made me fall in love with Elizabeth Shue.
"The Hunt for Red October"
"Secretariet"
I fell in love with Elizabeth Shue during Karate Kid and then reaffirmed with Cocktail.

"My Cousin Vinnie", only for the fantastic and Oscar winning performance of Mona Lisa Vito on the witness stand.
Seven Samurai, Princess Bride, To Kill a Mockingbird for timeless excellence.

I rarely watch TV except for UConn Basketball and Survivor. Try and not to miss a game or the show. When bored its Netflix and Disney + if my granddaughters are here visiting. If nothing suits me then I will channel surf for a movie to watch. I believe that this topic was an OT once before. What movie (s) have you watched over and over. I will list five of mine.

1) The Shawshank Redemption - Just an awesome movie.
2) The Godfather - Reminds me of my family except for the crime
3) Remember the Titans - Awesome true story
4) The Blindside - Great story and I watched this NFL Draft
5) The Replacements - Watching the team sing "I will survive" while in jail is worth the watch.

I can go on and on. Tere are plenty more but I mentioned five.
I don't know if this has been mentioned but Good Will Hunting is maybe my favorite.
