Both paid with losses in OT that they would have won in regulation. My opinion is at QB you need a leader who pulls the rest of the team with them. Delaware had that. We clearly blew the game with Chadwick's play. Joe Fagnano has to be able to run the ball a couple times a game. If he can't figure out when to do that we are screwed. We rushed plays that could have won us the game on offense. That needs to be dealt with in practice. Total execution failure which is on the coaches.

Jags against Bengals another example of visiting team not taking the points with four minutes left and turning over the ball on downs in red zone. Bengals did score a touchdown so they might have won anyway.

Just like in basketball, you can wiff in the portal. Sure we spent more money than in 2024, but our defense was lightyears better at this point.

Playing the short field game in reduced space is a different game....less open space for receivers, different strategies required. Offensive line play and yardage on running plays becomes very important. Swapping FGs for TDs can lose a game.
