Monday night's games (ND, FSU, Bay, Stan)

What's interesting about Texas is they seem in so much better shape than Baylor
The running game is driving Kim's kids crazy.

Her behavior has been uncharacteristically subdued. At one point early in the 1st quarter she subbed out all 5 starters at once, clearly not happy with their initial effort.

Another major problem for Baylor is that Mulkey isn't the best-dressed coach in the arena. That award goes to Tina Thompson!
In the upset of the century, mulkey may be the most demurely dressed coach on the Baylor bench.

It's the speed of the game that has Baylor flummoxed.

Nina Davis has come to life in the past couple minutes, injecting some much-needed life in Baylor's offense.

Alexis Prince is the one Baylor player who has shot the ball well from outside.

I dont like either the Cattle or the Bears..... too bad both cant lose tonight.

Dunno if it's flummoxed so much as a good game plan against Baylors size, and Texas has the horses to really run.

I don't think Baylor has been within 10 since mid second quarter . Stunning.

Did TX just give up the opportunity for a last shot to the 3Q? wow. that could come back to bite them.

I was right. Baylor was within 9 points with 7:30 left in q2. Double digits since.

Baylor losing using much of the formula UConn set against them. Texas' small, quick guards are having free reign running the lanes and are setting the pace in the half court. Meanwhile Davis is being nullified by slagging off of her and allowing her to shoot that horrible shot. Inside, as UConn did, Texas' height and athleticism is too much for Davis and is holding their own against Baylor's size

Unlike UConn, Texas not hitting free throws.

2 travel calls, one on Brown, one on Wallace ignored by the refs. After the Wallace walk Jones then hits a 3 to get within 5. Texas' inexperience in tight games showing for this young team.

Shouldn't that be the "Papal Conference"?

OMG--we are all going to ---where global warming really took off--===is that fallible or infallible ?
Is that a Cardinal sin or a bluejay type??

Underdog often collapses, simply because they know they are the underdog. They stop playing their game and start watching the clock. Happens numerous times every season.
Baylor has erased 8 of the 13-point deficit they had to start the 4th quarter. I'm cheering for the underdog, but not optimistic.

Yep! Now tie game with 1:34 to go.

How can there be two calls --that are ignored by the ref/? Who is making the calls--the sports writers???

More TO's and indecisive play by Texas.

Baylor down by 3 with Texas almost refusing to execute in the half court.

Holmes 2 straight misses inside on consecutive possessions. Tie game.
