Big East has arguably the best collection of coaches and Putin isn't one of them.
Yeah not bad but not killing it. All those number one seeds and no hardware. Not even final fours. He’s a good coach but blatantly cheated and got a pass. I know he’s not the only one.
Wow, that would be a huge step up for Murray. I'd never want him to leave, but if he leaves UConn for the Xavier HC job, kudos to him.

The Big East/ACC merger makes so much sense, beyond basketball. If leagues are trending toward 20ish teams, that's the best path forward for both leagues.

That's a real bummer because there were some really good moments for a lot of the teams. Creighton was in it against the #1 overall seed.
Thank you for making this point. I hear posters saying we can’t do anything if other conferences won’t give us an invite. So, instead, go charter a different path to maintain our survival. This is so Connecticut. Bitch we can’t change anything or adverse with taking any chance. Land of steady habits will kill us. How does Creighton play in a 17,000 seat arena and ours is a bandbox with a leaky roof?
Doubt Luke would go to another Big East school.

If he goes to the 2nd weekend consistently it will be good enough in Austin, he will get a free pass in year 1 barring an epic disaster it's not football where winning 8-9 games will get you fired.
That's a major job as a 1st year HC he would be insane to turn that down.
Luke would take the X job in a heartbeat if offered and he absolutely should.
