Why don’t you put together highlights of our games anymore? I appreciated them.
There used to be no highlights available after games. Now there's usually official highlights from the broadcaster and UConn with a couple hours of the game.

Ugh… I fear they are a wagon. I also don’t like that the FF is in a neighboring state

They are rolling
USC already w/o Rice, now their top scorer has 4 fouls at halftime.

I don't know if I've ever seen a key starter get 4 fouls by halftime.

Michigan is very good but c’mon some very home calls in the last couple of minutes turned a 10-12 point game into an 18 point game. Overturned out of bounds very questionable, very weak flagrant foul and obvious travel before 4th foul on Baker-Mazara.
Even without the home cooking though Michigan is very very good and 20-25 points better than USC.

Agree...

We won’t have to play them for another 3 months. In the meantime they have to play a little of physical big 10 games. They are definitely the best team I have seen at this stage of the season in a while. Hopefully one of the big 10 opponents figures out the blueprint to disrupt them before the tournament.

The Andre Jackson Uconn team looked unbeatable before conference play then Xavier played way off of Andre and it totally disrupted them. Fortunately Hurley figured out how to counter that by the time the tournament came around.

Or maybe their opponent in the first few ncaa tournament games will figure it out or a hot shooting team will knock them out before the FF.

USC got plenty of open looks but couldn’t do ish.

Ok 1st time i watched Michigan this year. Really Solid team
Get ready to be exiled to recognizing another team may be really good jail, while the mafia comes here telling you all the "why's" we'll beat them confidently.

My question for you is what is your post total on the Michigan board?? You gotta be up there by now.

Never been in my life - not even slightly a fan. I just know a unique team when I see it.

Michigan is looking like the 2007 Patsin the fact that literally everything is going right for them, well hopefully it all ends in an L as well preferably to the good guys obviously. Got a long ways to go, if Michigan is still undefeated after the nfl season so toward mid February will have their celebrity fans at their games bandwagon jumping like Jeter, Brady Portnoy, of course the fab 5. The pressure of going undefeated will mount hopefully there’s a formula.

Nope, people just don't like you and your ability to post about Michigan almost as much as UConn on a UConn board

Yet I never started a post about them..........

Would seem fair game to discuss a potential foe on the General College Hoops discussion board.

Sure, fair game to post about them. But you have to also be prepared to get called out when you post about them being this unbeatable giant incessantly.

Everyone knows they're a really good team, and look like the best team right now. Why you feel the need to bring them up any time someone talks about UConn being good is beyond me. It's like Beetlejuice at this point. Someone says UConn looks good and RuffRuff is summoned to remind everyone that Michigan looks better

There are 300+ other potential foes and yet not one post about any of them. But your running post total on Michigan is well over 100 by now. If they were a chick, you’d be in jail.

Just give it a rest. They are good, we get it. There is some chance we might play them. We get it.

Even your own knees must need a break by now.

Sure - as a Uconn team I see as NC good, they're a team I get excited to play - simple as that.

They're really good but they haven't exactly played the greatest teams. The dismantling of Gonzaga was really impressive but Gonzaga should've lost to Seattle tonight. Nova beatdown was good because they should be a tournament team but Nova doesn't have the horses yet and the game was at Michigan. They beatdown Auburn but so did Purdue and Arizona. Wake Forest simply choked against Michigan and TCU only lost by 4. Exhibitions should be taken with a grain of salt but Cincinnati beat Michigan and St. John's lost to them by two points. There probably won't be any challenges to them coming up for this month, Michigan State and Nebraska are pretty blah despite their records/rankings.

That’s a great idea actually. Please start a thread dedicated to how great Michigan is and fill it with all the posts you want, that way no one else ever has to read them if they don’t want to. Or just use this thread and stop polluting all the others.

If a mosquito comes near ones ear, one hears it buzzing, one goes on alert. If it flies away without invading ones body and doesn’t come back one relaxes. On the other hand if it continues to buzz and/or others join in one gets angry and takes action. Now if butterflies invaded one’s space the reactions would be different.

We are a species that reacts similarly to abstractions of verbal and written irritants.

Other than the slow start to the year while they were putting all the new pieces together this team is obliterating everybody the way the 91 UNLV and Duke 99 teams often did. At Maryland was a closer game while Maryland was shooting lights out just to keep it close.

An upperclassmen filled team with a great coach. They will face plenty of competition late January and beyond. We certainly will see the big picture before tournament time, but this team is doing things that we haven't seen in decades.

Watching Georgia and Auburn now. These teams dont look great. I feel there are a lot of these types in the P4s.
I thought that transfer and NIL would create more parity up top. But this is a very large middle class.

Agreed

Michigan and Arizona are in the clear first tier right now. Just behind them are some teams who either look like they’re at their ceiling (Duke/ISU/Purdue), haven’t played to their potential yet or had injuries (UConn).

The teams are ranked where they should be right now but UConn and Michigan are a cut above the rest.
