I honestly don’t think anything will ever top the call on the Kemba step-back
I agree. It was such a perfect basketball call. He highlights the mismatch as if kemba got exactly what he wanted and the bucket was a forgone conclusion.

The only baseball call that compares to Buck's first quote is the Russ Hodges call (luckily before my time) of Bobby Thomson's home run: "There's a long fly ball -- it's going to be I believe -- the Giants win the pennant!"
Agreed. The Buck call is my favorite. Clever dude Buck was.

I listed to it on YouTube. It was hard to discern. Could have been the latter, but one of the most incredible outcomes in MLB history. Absolutely wild.
