Maybe fans don’t like him but the press loves him

I have heard that Dawn is contemplating not renewing if it has to be during that time period. Our conference has gotten so brutal that giving up our in season bye week may not make sense if we are in a battle for the conference title. Our players need a chance to recharge.

Last year we played Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, LSU and Alabama 5 games in a stretch. Then we had a Stretch of Texas, UConn, Kentucky, Ole Miss.

I don’t believe we had a bye once our conference games started. That said, I do believe Dawn enjoys the series.

Exactly what I was saying. I’m just relaying what the scuttlebut is around town. Our conference has become a gauntlet. At some point the players need a mental break if nothing else. We’ll see what happens.

I don't know. With that tripping incident at Syracuse, I would add the Orange to that list.

I remember that like it was yesterday, Their coach was a total nutjob and eventually got canned for it. Hillisman was his name. they made it to the NC one year and UConn spanked them pretty bad.
