Dust had settled, time to watch basketball…

Drew Valentine’s sideline energy is infectious! Go Ramblers!!

Top 20 shooting team can't hit the side of a barn today. Maybe just tourney jitters or an ice cold day.

Oth, nice to see Liddell having a decent game after last year's fanbase debacle. Kyle young playing aggressive and Branham will be a future star.

One benefit of a busted bracket: enjoying the games for what they are.

Trevion Williams is one of my favorites, especially with how he’s handled sharing the big spot with Edey. Purdue will be one of the teams I’ll be rooting for now (even though I’m rooting for Yale to win right now).

Just saw the Loyola score and wondered how much time was left ...

2011 Butler would be proud

Trevion is such a crafty passer and has such crafty footwork, but man he misses more bunnies than Sanogo. Fun to watch though.

Stefanovich and Gillis need to put out bolos on their shots for Purdue to make a deep run..

I'm hoping we use Clingan like Trevion Williams to take advantage of his passing. He's such a mismatch

Azair is showing he can score against P5. (wink, wink) Especially interesting with a goliath in front of the rim.

Nova is getting punched in the mouth early down 7. Giving up size to Delaware.

Well, seems they took care of that rather quickly. Up 1 now.
Yep, that was quick. Need them to win as I have them as the champion in multiple brackets.

Nova doesn’t panic. Like us, they are a reflection of their coach.

Crazy how small Cockburn makes De Sousa look

Chattanooga is trying to turn into a pumpkin but Illinois won't let them. Illini look like UConn did last night.

Chattanooga plays way too stupid to pull an upset. Trying to alley-oop over Cockburn was a low percentage play.

.-.
Well, they're up 5 with 4 & change left. Still hanging tough and have a great chance to win.

I like ref restraint as much as anyone, but Hawkins on Illinois really deserves a technical foul. He is slapping at Chattanooga players and yelling at the refs. Either Underwood has to get him off the floor or the refs have to give him a Technical. Enough is enough.

How is this game a d1 game?

Guys can’t catch simple rebounds

Throwing passes 20 feet from anyone

It’s horrendous

I’m thinking the same thing

They should be up 20

And they bail Illinois out

Jesus catch the freaking ball

.-.
They had a pretty good look at the end - just couldn't hit the shot. Good effort by Chattanooga.

Awful job all around the last 10 minutes

They will watch that film and realize they should’ve been up 20

Absolute terrible effort the second half

Reminded me of UConn in all the wrong ways

Chattanooga was a tough loss. Watch the missed FT again by Illini at 51-50, Cockburn absolutely assaulted DeSouza to get the rebound and score. But honestly UConns loss kept me from getting into todays games.

Refs in the ISU/LSU game showing less restraint with the T's than in the Illinois/Chattanooga. The refs just T'd up LSU for 6 players on the court because the player took too long leaving the court.
