If Brimah can stay on the floor and get some rebounds
If Purvis can be the second ball handler and scorer
If Hamilton can stop turning it over and hit contested shots
If Omar can play solid D and hit a few 3s
If they can be efficient from three
If we could shoot free throws at a reasonable rate
If we could make contested layups

Only Boat and Facey seem to bring it all every game. Other than that, we have a lot of guys who seem to have potential but aren't realizing it. This team is putting way too much on Boat's back. The rest need to step up.

Fill in the ifs and we could be a solid team - even a really good team.

I don't know that anyone can hang with Kentucky this year.

Always a lot of 'if's' when you're a year away.

We're a couple of good shooters from being a top 5 team next year. Who knows, maybe they're already on the team ,but we need some guys that can knock down shots. That's my biggest concern down the road.

they were down 6 point with 3 minutes to go, they made poor shot selections, turned the ball over and didn't hit their free throws. A lot of missed opportunities, the calls on brimah were ridiculous. too bad, but they have to bounce back, I wouldn't call this a bad loss, but still, the loss sucks.

You're not concerned about point guard next year? Lot to ask of any freshman.

Need another one can't ask Jalen A to do what Boat does or anything close. Will need 2 to help out there. Dorsey would be nice!

I made virtually the same post in a different thread. If a few of those "ifs" break in our direction we can make some noise in March.

I'm definitely concerned about it, but if we had two guys who could knock down threes I think Samuel would be just fine.
