Jazz announced that Jerry Sloan died from complications from Parkinson's disease and Lewy body dementia. He was 78.

Just saw him in a recent episode of “The Last Dance.” Sad to hear, was a great coach and had a lot of success with the Jazz in the 90s. RIP.
I laughed out loud when he looked at the box score after Utah got smoked by 40 and said "THAT was really the score?!"
I used to root for the Bulls because I thought Sloan and Van Lier were a cool guard combo.

Yes it is. My Dad died from Lewy Body 6 years ago. Terrible. Your mind and body go.Lewy Body is about as bad a way to go as there is. Your mind basically turns on you and you see hallucinations, which can be quite intense and scary.
RIP Jerry Sloan.
