I know it’s difficult to focus on the game when the score is 43-5, but Rebecca & Kara did get somewhat lost in the tall grass last night. It almost made me wish for the interminable prattling of Doris Burke.

What and listen to her talk about the NBA, WNBA, SEC, ACC, Big 10, Big 12, and Pac 12, and not about the game. No Thanks.

For God sakes they were winning by 40 pts. Enjoyed their announcing, better than Meghan Barrell laughing and repeating every analysis of every play and talking about 30 yrs Ago. Eric Frede needs Sue Bird next year. He needs an announcer that wants to announce and is ambitious not an announcer using the job just because she has nothing else to do.

I enjoyed hearing their reflections on their career/experiences as players. When it’s a competitive game it may not be the time for it, but when the score is 43-5 or 66-11, there really isn’t that much to analyze IMO.
