Hard to play in the NBA while trying to build a rival Intl league.

Also the 6 teams of men's and women's travelling is going to be best of G League or Summer League type players - no real starters on NBA or WNBA teams. While there are great Intl players, I would rather they come thru UConn like Furphy is. And I truly hope Pitino is saying "How did we not see this kid?!?!"

I’d say this is the most likely scenario, but I’d think he’d have the equity and brand value to easily go in on the future teams in Vegas and/or potentially Seattle?

I don’t blame LeBron for trying this, but it reminds me of the NFL rival leagues that people pretended to care about for 5 minutes. There just isn’t enough talent to keep people interested in secondary leagues.
