Doesn’t matter if she wanted to play for UConn or not. This is the saddest sports moment I have ever lived through. I’m distraught. Can’t imagine how those who knew and loved him and Gianna feel.

This is so sad. I was in shock when I heard about it, but when I heard that one of his daughters was involved in the crash that's what set me over the edge. As a father, all I want is to take care of my kids long enough for them to have happy, healthy lives. Anything else is gravy. The only solace I could take from losing my life too soon would be knowing that my family is safe.

This is brutal. RIP Kobe and Gianna.
