I was so happy for him 30 days ago - he was a monster out there
The last 3 games he has been, well, not good at best
Today was his worst game
He looked completely lost
PLEASE Kelis Fisher -come back

Yeah he has fallen off the cliff all of sudden. Maybe his body is just tired of trying to burden the load up front. We will need a better performance against Houston than the last 3 games for sure if we hope to win.

Only shot they have which is already slim tomorrow, is for him to start finishing again he's been awful. And it is affecting his defense he's lost down there too.

Definitely need him to show back up at 9pm tomorrow.

Missed a bunch of chippies. Couldn't do much against their bigs and had no shot tonight.

So much for the counter argument that Facey is a shining, wonderful example of Glen Miller developing Bigs. The sample size was small to begin with and it was a product of low expectations and ignored the lack of progress the following three years.

Unbelievable, hilarious chief one of the worst! Just when you think...ah never mind. Head bang

The fact he now can get to the basket unlike pretty much all of the 3 years shows the improvement from the staffs work as well as his own. The fact he's now missing shots he was making most of the year and you pounce now, telling!

LOL - But, I am tired of dumbing down expectations because we are not seeing consistent development of Bigs. Yes, we can all see a little improvement and quite frankly numbers going up due to more playing time this season as a result of injuries to others. My problem is I thought Facey had potential as a Freshman and where he is now if we had a good Bigs coach is Sophmore year results.
Quite frankly, I have won this argument it's just if UConn will make a change.
At any rate, need to make decision this morning if going to XL tonight or staying in NYC to watch some games. Like a dummy probably going to XL.

He's basically the same player he's always been. Only reason he has gotten a pass while Brimah and Purvis have not is that he actually looks the part. Big difference is he's much better defensively, but look at his per minute stats and look at his efficiency - he's the same player on offense that he was as a sophomore. Can't finish through contact, can't function as a primary screener, can't make plays in traffic. He's shooting 36% in his last 11 games which is stunningly bad for a big.

Scary thing is I still think he's our best shot tonight.

I thought he might be playing himself into a second round flyer, now he's playing himself back into oblivion

Agree the only thing I'd say on the defensive thought is yeah he's much better but that's a testament to the fact he was so awful prior. Still not aware of where he is quite often which amazes me because he still rebounds the ball. If he did box out or know how at this point he would get 15 a game i swear same and same with the other guy who doesn't see balls which go by him while he's fighting. Amazing to me how good they could be if they knew how to play 4 years later, it's a shame.

In HS he was NY Gatorade player of the year in his division - so Coach Miller had something to work with!

Shows how bad NY was I guess because you see it. Can't teach instincts anyone who played and knows the game gets that.

Great kid, hope he gets the confidence back tonight, but still not the player he should be and that's on him.

Seeing them close up in person last night the idea that Brimah and Facey had bulked up in the off season is laughable. Neither guy has shoulders.

Brimah is definitely bulkier in my opinion. I don't know if Facey is or not but he plays the same way.

I think they are both much bigger than when they came in but really hard to see on their body type. Both came in narrow shoulders and skinny frames, worked hard to be stronger just not the types to be Kirk King or alike.
