You don't think landing on the most stable, successful franchise in the NBA helped Leonard's development? Take nothing away from him, but he wasn't exactly thrown into the fire.

I didn't say it didn't. But Kemba's boss is the greatest gaurd/player of all time so it's not like he's in a terrible situation. Kemba is a hard worker so I know he'll be fine.
