Freshmen 6’6 P Jayla Forbes (AL)

Forbes demonstrated her strength and solid footwork as a big post player. She is a legit 6’6. Her physicality and effective hand-eye coordination allowed her to make strong catches and finishes around the basket. Additionally, her vocal presence on the court and high motor stood out, especially considering her size and position. With further development in explosiveness and continued growth into her body, Forbes has the potential to become a dominant interior force in the women’s space.

2025 Lara Somfai down to three schools as she cuts Tennessee and Virginia Tech from her list.

UConn, Stanford, and Duke remain.

“Because of the coaching changes going on, I'm definitely focusing on UConn, Stanford and Duke,” Somfai, who currently attends IMG Academy, explained to 247Sports. “Later on, if I visit those three and don't see a fit, then I'll open it up to more schools.”

Somfai went on to detail the tentative timeline for her commitment decision. So far, Somfai has taken one visit to UConn and is planning to visit both Stanford and Duke before making her announcement.

As we've seen before it's going to come down to priorities between academics and big conference play vs the best preparatory basketball education and best fan base in the country.....

ASGR shuffles its ranking a bit.

For 2025 they've moved Lara Somfai to #2 in front of Davidson.

Kelis Fisher still 13th, Gandy Mamel drops one spot to 27th.

For '24, they've actually dropped Sarah Strong to 2nd behind Edwards. Ziebell moves down to 9 from 7.

For 2026 Saniyah Hall goes up to 4th from #11.

In the '27 class, Kaleena Smith takes the #1 spot with Husky POI Chastain (3), Palmer (5), Hassell (7), Moses (9), Speller (15), and Mobley (22).

At #26 for 2025, they obviously haven't seen Skinner play yet.

I saw Jazzy play against Morgan at Mitty HS this past season. She is a silky smooth scorer and can play opportunistic defense. Plus she effectively carried her team. She probably used to that. But she doesn’t appear to have pg skills and isn’t big enough to be a force in the lane.
