You're just not good at this. It's not a matter of how old the reader is, funny is funny and your material just isn't funny. Please take this as constructive criticism.UConn Men's Basketball"s 2021 Recruitng Is Heating Up And So Is The DB Hate On The Boneyard — 860 Media Productions

That’s your opinion, so far a lot of people have been enjoying DB’s blogs based on feedback. His comedy isn’t for everyoneYou're just not good at this. It's not a matter of how old the reader is, funny is funny and your material just isn't funny. Please take this as constructive criticism.
You guys and the players like the video he posted in the past. He's presented himself as a work in progress trying to put effort into something that he's interested inGo away.
I personally think you are trying a little too hard to be as "hard" as barstool. Lighten up and keep up with the awesome video productions cuz those are your bread and butter.UConn Men's Basketball"s 2021 Recruitng Is Heating Up And So Is The DB Hate On The Boneyard — 860 Media Productions

I agree with this. Just don't read it if it's not for you.Ive enjoyed them for the most part, some people need to lighten up
The videos are fine, it's the cringe stuff that you should get off your platform if you want to be taken seriously. "DB" is not getting anywhere with his style of humor, and his articles have many grammatical errors. If you post his stuff here, we have every right to be roast him, we arent his friends.I appreciate everyone’s feedback good or bad. I started a website to show my videos figured why not add a blog, asked some of my college buddies if they wanted to blog. In no way am I going for the barstool style I just told them to be themselves and let them have freedom with it. Some people like the stuff, some people don’t. Either way I’m just trying to have fun and bring enjoyable UConn content

I spoke with him on social media. He said that we haven’t been in contact in months.Nate Santos has dropped in ranking quite a bit, but I could see him being a Polley/Giffey type player for us.
Never said you can’t roast him. I literally said “I appreciate everyone’s feedback good or bad” I know posting on the boneyard can be a rough place sometimes. I never take it personally. I’m not exactly trying to be taken seriously at the moment. I’m no expert in videos nor are my bloggers some insiders, go ahead and roast us we are welcome to it. His blogs specifically say they are satire, was never to be taken seriouslyThe videos are fine, it's the cringe stuff that you should get off your platform if you want to be taken seriously. I literally have my own blog name on the site MR. 860..Oh stop pretending you're not posting your own terrible blog

High appreciated man!! And oh man I can’t wait to make that videoEvery new blog or column goes through a “finding their voice” phase. I love the videos you produce, and I actually find the blog posts pretty entertaining for the most part (definitely don’t think they deserve some of the hate they’ve received on this forum at least). Creating content is hard work, and getting people to view that content is even harder...takes a heavy dose of ambition, so I have a lot of respect for your operation. Keep doing you man - create content that you love, put it out into the world, and reach your audience by staying true to your values.
P.S. When you release your first “Andre Jackson UConn Dunk Mix” I might break the internet from watching it too many times...

Either provide real, constructive criticism (sometimes I think his videos are a little over produced, but I get that's his style), just let it go, or just ignore his post/comments.
Edit: just seeing 860 and DB are two different people. But my comment about being constructive still stands.
I was thinking about him. He’s someone we wouldn’t need to play a huge role in 2021-2022, but it’d be nice to have him in the fold if we lose Martin, Jackson, Adams, and Cole after that season.Nate Santos has dropped in ranking quite a bit, but I could see him being a Polley/Giffey type player for us.

You should check out the OT music threads. It's pretty obvious of the spread in ages here. When I first started posting here, I assumed everyone was old too...maybe simply because it’s a message board. But the more I’m on here I realize we have a lot of young people too. Even when Stanley passed several posters wrote that he was their one of their favorite players as a kid.

He’s more than just a shooter. On the tape I saw his defense in particular looked SPECTACULAR. He’s very active, very long and very disruptive; active on the glass. He’s also explosive offensively, he dunks on his way up. Seems like right now his ball handling is his biggest weakness along with being a little on the skinny side.Hawkins best attribute right now is his ability to knock down shots. His form and follow through is pure, original sweetness. Players don't all have a textbook shot, if there is such a thing anymore. Tyler Polley is out the door, maybe Bouknight, maybe Brendan Adams. We need shooters and that's Hawkin's game right now. The potential for the rest of his game, which is high, he'll develop while he's here.
11th best shooting guard in his class right now according to 247. I'll take it![]()
I like Santos' long term upside as a knockdown shooter so if we pursue him I'd be happy with that. I also wouldn't hate adding a grad transfer for a veteran presence. The team will be heavy with underclassmen who will still be figuring out their own strengths and weaknessesI was thinking about him. I think it makes sense to keep the 4th open with all the uncertainty with transfers next year. While I understand the value of an immediately eligible upperclassman, I wouldn't turn away from a 4* in play.
Who are we talking about here? Not sure if Santos is a 4* any longer.
