It does not matter what we think. The staff is all over him...and pushing hard from what I have heard. Ville has stepped up also

People I have talked to who have watched him 7x this year.. say he is in much better shape this year.

I noticed that as well simply from watching the old vs new highlight videos. It appears to be a significant amount of weight too and not just 10-15 lbs, but maybe it's a combo of losing fat and gaining muscle that makes it seem like a drastic change.

The block at the 55 second mark that scares the heck out of the ref is priceless. I would to see Govan in a UConn uniform doing that to a few particular refs!
