I think Florida is going to start struggling against real competition. 213 SOS. Not sure how good Kentucky is either, or if they’re benefitting from the SEC hype bump
I think 3 of the best four teams in the country are in the SEC with Tenn, Auburn, and Bama. Florida and Kentucky are in the next group of teams that includes us and Marquette etc. I do think the SEC will better prepare these teams for the tournament whereas the Big East is pretty weak.

I didn’t read the investigative reporting - what did it say? I mostly dislike him over his comments immediately after where he downplayed the situation and appeared callous

“The head coach had told reporters Miller was ‘not in any trouble.’ ‘We knew about that,’ Oats said. ‘Can't control everything anybody does outside of practice.’”

Not hard to just say no comment, we will comply with the investigation. That whole situation reeked of corruption and privilege for a top athlete, anyway

Admittedly it’s against TN’s elite defense, but man, Arkansas seems to have no concept of what to do on offense after “send boogie around a screen and see what happens”. Their buckets so far have been mostly contested prayers.

#10Kentucky and #6Florida just gave up a hundred points, in a college game, in regulation.
Can we relax with the “UConn can’t compete for a title with that defense” narrative please?

George Washington blew it wide open late for a 20 point win over Dayton. Christian Jones freshman for GW from Startford, CT had 23 points.

Gee imagine that??? You mean they aren’t well coached?? That’s just shocking.

Hubert Davis and UNC needed that one bad, might have got away with a foul at the end there

Hero ball by the ND point guard on that last possession lent a helping hand to UNC.

4 secs left and he got all the way to the rim in a one point game, that's a great look

ND point guard was also fouled on the last second shot with no call. They made the call on the 3 point shot, why not on the drive to the basket?

And they lost by 20. Smh
And Dayton looked demoralized and defeated. It reminded me of Memphis looking the same way with their blowout loss at home to Mississippi State. Not that Memphis games was a blowout from start to finish.

Need Texas to win at this point. Might be our only descent win. Gonzaga plays no one the rest of the year, Baylor is not good, Texas is our only hope.

The GW-URI game has been entertaining. URI was down big, tied with 2 mins left, now up 3 with 23 secs left.

Looks like Cincy is packing up and moving out of the top 25 for good.

.-.
Hold that thought boys. Cincinnati has cut an 18 pt deficit to 3 with 2 minutes and change left

Tough break for Zona. Ball seemed pretty clearly off the Cincy player and they somehow confirmed the call on replay?

Damn. They tied it up. Cincy really looked horrible for 32 minutes. Caleb Love not doing Zona any favors with poor shooting for supposedly being their money guy.

And then Cincy gives up a completely uncontested layup off a simple pick and roll. That was embarrassing.

Well that's Caleb Love for you. I really don't know him in any other way.

Another interesting day for ranked teams

Arkansas was always going to lose at Tennessee but by 24?!

#15 UCLA goes down to Nebraska

Formerly good BYU gets dog walked by 30 against Houston

Baylor was also always going to lose at Iowa State, but lost by 19. Not good for us

#16 Cincinnati loses at home to 7-5 Arizona

#12 OU at #5 Bama and Texas at #13 Texas A&M later today, so still more chances for madness

He's actually having his best shooting % year. He didn't even hit half his average today and took some bad looks.

Watching top teams blow out inferior competition makes me jealous. We have long way to go. Let’s go Texas please. I will enjoy watching Syracuse lose in a few minutes.

Watched Duke, they have some good shooters and Flagg but aside from a screen or 2 they spread out then drive and kick or let Flagg do it all. Nothing like our offense. But talented players.

Now compare the defenses lol..
