Is this Hurley after this game?

Baylor duke was the game after UConn same court it was real

then it's embarrassing. I'm not big on moving to a new league, but we all know that UConn was blackballed because certain people hated Calhoun. And I never saw a calhoun act like a child.

Hurley's stupid temper tantrums aren't doing the team any good.

Everyone has gotten soft.

I can't believe people fall for this stuff. We are supposed to be upset about what exactly?

I worked a part-time job once where I got to be behind the scenes at Gampel. A couple years ago, the women's team played UCF in the NCAA tournament at Gampel. The women survived late and were fortunate to win the game.. The UCF coach came around the corner after the game, threw her jacket across the hall, and started screaming expletives about how the refs always save them (UConn). As their team and staff were waiting near the locker room I heard every conspiracy theory you could name excusing the loss as well as the bold prediction that UConn wasn't even that good and would lose their next game (they made the championship that year).

Most of these coaches are total phonies when the camera isn't on them.

In a tournament where 90% of the games are not even competitive anymore due to super conferences, super teams via NIL/transfer portal, SEC/Big Ten money advantage, Hurley is the only thing keeping us in the game. If he's too competitive and takes losses hard is the WORST thing about him, I'll take it.

He did win two championships. They might be doing some good.

Seeing the emotion on Hurleys face and in his voice after the game, don’t know how you can’t love this guy as UConn’s coach. He’s all in on the players, and I suspect most are all in on him too.

He’s got some swagger, he speaks his mind, and he’s imperfectly perfect.

Team went down swinging and I credit Hurley and his staff for the gameplan. A couple baskets drop and we’re talking 3-Peat again.

Who knows what changes are coming.

Sucks losing. But what doesn’t suck is knowing you’ve got Hurley leading the charge. Next year will be fun!

Just saying that I see why and like when Hurley and the players take losses hard. I want a coach who expects to win every game. They are competitors, work at their tails off year round.
I would expect every coach and player in the country to take losses hard.

blaming the refs for a loss isn't exactly taking a loss hard.

He did not blame the loss on the refs. That is your characterization. He criticized the refs for favoring Florida in the second half. The box score and the stats back him up. I am certain he congratulated and credited Florida for the win. You want him to congratulate the refs too?
