I don't consider Heiden or Stuelke to be slow footed players. Heiden may not be as athletic as UConn's but from what I've seen of her, she moves better than previous players on Iowa teams.

I'd qualify this to say that Heiden has good footwork. She's not quick getting up and down the court, and she's not really prepared to drive from the elbow or the baseline. But that good footwork is not nothing. In fact, it's been a hallmark of Iowa post players for years. By contrast, Stuelke is quick up and down the court. She runs the floor well and has a midrange game and can drive the lane or the baseline.
