I have wrangled a ticket to the New York Athletic Club dinner next week where Gene and Ollie will be honored and speaking. Afterwards the coaches (at least Geno hang around in the bar) and you can ask one-on-one questions. Other than the obvious Ollie - You coming back? Any good ideas?

Ask ollie what it was like for him to go from California to Connecticut, then play in so many different city's during his career, then finally settling down back in Connecticut.

"Whose d--- do we have to suck to get UConn into the Big Ten?"

You won't get a chance for a follow up question, but you'll be a legend.

Have to say and it's not easy, one of your finest………..cleaning to OJ yet again!:D………….it's not the question itself it's the fact you assured him he won't have a follow up question and will be a legend.

Ask him can you take a picture of his feet, and rights to trademark the pic.

Ask KO how many toes does he have in at UCONN

Or better yet ask him if a recruit who happened to lose his small toe in a lawnmower accident as a 10 year old, yet still averaged 28/14/3, can he actually become a Husky?

After all it's not "9 toes in"……...

Ask Ollie if it can get any better than now. Is he able to enjoy it?
Very good question. How does he sustain or improve upon this? Probably the toughest part of meeting with such early success is not experiencing a drop-off afterwards.

Ask Geno how he is always able to recruit the best people to his program (who also happen to be exceptional basketball players).

Ask KO if Ray is planning to retire at the end of this year.
