I loved Inês when she was here, too. Her intensity was excellent, like when she chased down opponents the length of the court to block a shot or get a steal. That said, a part of me is glad she didn’t get more playing time, since it probably would have meant the injury situation had gotten even worse. I will be forever grateful to her for coming in to backstop the lineup and I really hope the benefit to her lasts a lifetime.I always really liked Ines. Too bad she didnt get more playing time here.
She gave her all when she was called upon to play. I also appreciated that between freshman and sophomore seasons she put in a ton of work in the gym. She's an easy kid to like.When Ines came along might have been the lowest point of team injury and she did show some great potential. She's still a Husky.
